We sell eye drops and artificial tears for dry eye, contact lens solutions and accessories, eyelid hygiene products and eye health supplements, from brands such as Hylo, Avizor, Tiedra and Lenticon.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We ship to Portugal and Spain. Shipping costs €5 on orders under €50 and is free from €50. You can also collect your order for free at our optician in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. When your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, MB WAY, Multibanco, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order without giving a reason. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products (such as eye drops and lens solutions) cannot be returned once opened. We refund within 14 days; return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.
Do I need a prescription to buy?
No. The products currently sold in the online store do not require a prescription. If you are unsure which product is right for you, contact us or book an appointment at the optician.

Do I need an account to buy?
No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you get your order history, saved addresses and one-click reordering of a previous order.
